| TV actress Priya Bathija, who was last seen in Suryaputra Karn, got married to music arranger and DJ Kawaljeet Saluja on May 22. The wedding ceremony took place in the presence of family and close friends.It was a Punjabi wedding and took place in a Gurudwara in Raipur.Priya looked simply gorgeous and beautiful in a yellow lehenga.Whereas, Kawal looked dapper in a white sherwani.Speaking about her marriage with Kawal to a leading daily, Priya said that, it was love at first sight for Kawal, who told our common friend that he wants to marry me. He spoke to his family about me and requested my friend to get me to speak with my family, too. Soon, our families met and the roka was held on February 13. At first, Priya was sceptical about an arranged marriage as she didnt know Kawal too well. But after meeting him a few times, she realised that he is family oriented.Priya was earlier married to Kasturi actor Jatin Shah, who tied the knot with actress Aparna Singh in December 2015 after separating from her.And now, the actress got happily married to Kawal. |
